Empowering Entrepreneurs Throughout Arizona
At the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC), we believe in breaking down barriers for entrepreneurs and all business owners. Thanks to a generous grant from Wells Fargo, we are expanding our Capital Readiness Program to provide mentor protégé services, in addition to our existing business support services—all completely free of charge. Our program is designed to assist vulnerable business owners gain the resources, guidance, and financial connections they need to start and scale.
Exclusive Benefits at Zero Cost
- Mentor Protégé: We encourage start-up business owners/entrepreneurs (protégé),to learn from successful and experienced business owners (mentors) who perform work/services in the same or similar industry. The goal is to learn how to secure contracts from public, private, and Tribal governments, as well as learning to team/partner on larger jobs.
- Business Start-Up: Access expert-led trainings, webinars, and personalized consulting to develop an effective business plan, strengthen your product/service offerings, and scale effectively.
- Funding & Capital Access: Explore opportunities for seed funding, working capital, business expansion, equipment financing, and staff development. Get connected with investors and funding resources.
- Contract & Capacity Building Opportunities: Receive guidance on proposal submissions, solicitation reviews, and strategies to successfully secure contracts. Expand your reach through networking with government entities, private corporation affiliates, and industry leaders.
- Business Resources & Support: Utilize essential tools such as business plan generator, certification guidance, and specialized business training to enhance operations and long-term success.
Incubator & Accelerator Programs
Incubator: Participate in interactive and high energy meetings led by business consultants and OneAZ representatives. You will learn how to start, market, and scale your business through different resources, including the DreamBuilder Business Plan Generator.
Accelerator: Receive one-on-one guidance on how to scale your business, obtain contracts, and secure funding.
