Dr. OKina Alford manages procurement and supplier diversity initiatives for VentureWell, a non-profit out of Massachusetts that supports early stage innovation and entrepreneurship by funding startups and assisting our funders in pushing medical technology innovations through the commercialization process. I’ll be discussing who VentureWell is, what we are doing to demonstrate our commitment to supplier diversity, what opportunities we currently have available and upcoming, as well as what resources we have available to assist potential contractors in taking advantage of our opportunities.
